Pan Seared Prawn

  • 2 Lbs. Peeled Prawn or Shell-On Prawn
  • 4 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic from Clove
  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 Tbs. (1/2 stick) Butter (unsalted)
  • Optional: Old Bay Blackened Seasoning (for Spicy lovers!)

Put 4 tbs. of olive oil in a medium size skillet and heat over medium heat. Place prawns in skillet and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning and garlic. Add butter and continue to cook over medium heat while turning them over periodically. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve with a glass of your favorite white wine and your favorite dipping sauce or butter and ENJOY!!!
